Situated just to the north of Puerto Banus in Nuevo Andalucia. Easy access to both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. Golf courses and a tennis club are nearby as well as a golf driving range. A swimming pool is in the gardens of the property and the Los Naranjos Bistro and Bar just a short walk away. Set in a peaceful position to enjoy the tranquillity, or the activities, with all the lively night life within easy reach.
This lovely house, in a quiet setting, offers a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Another bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom and shower. Each bedroom opens onto a terrace overlooking the garden, which contains the swimming pool with sun loungers and sunshades, and is overlooked by the mystical La Concha mountain.
Los Damas de Noche golf course is just 5 minutes from the house, as is the Marbella Golf School Driving Range. A further three golf courses are in easy reach, Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha. In all there are 20 courses not far from the property.
Puerto Banus, with its spectacular harbour and beaches plus numerous restaurants and night life, is within walking distance. Marbella is a short drive (about 10 minutes) with its old historic quarter which holds many fiestas throughout the year, together with many open-air free musical events.
The tariff is 35 euros per person per night with a minimum of two nights stay. We are sorry but we cannot accept children under 8 years old, or any pets.
In order to book, a copy of your flight booking form must be provided or a 20 euro deposit must be received. Payment in full on your departure. Cash only accepted. Full directions to the property will be provided upon booking acceptance.
Pick-ups from either Malaga or Gibraltar airports can be arranged at a cost of 40 euros
Alternatively, from Malaga Airport there is a special bus service to Marbella station where we will collect you for 15 euros. This service is not applicable from Gibraltar.
